Kent E. Richter founded The R L R Group in 1984 as
a boutique retained executive search firm with a focus
on assisting clients in their search for superior talent at
both the manager and executive levels after spending
the previous four years in international and regional
search firms. For more than 29 years Kent has
conducted searches in a myriad of industries from oil
and gas, to manufacturing, banking, health care and
numerous other industries.
Prior to entering the Executive Search industry, Kent.
spent 7 years with Exxon in a financial role leading
audits throughout the United States. His initial job
was as a teacher and coach in Schulenburg, Texas
where his team won the State Championship in
Schulenburg, Texas, winning the State Championship
in football in his last year of coaching. Kent has a
B.B.A. in Accounting from Texas Lutheran University.

Robert J. (Bob) Hebert, II joined his former associate who started The RLR Group as a Partner in 1988. Bob's focus has been senior level search assignments
for both public and private companies when they find it necessary or desirable to search on the outside for key, top talent. Prior to joining RLR Bob managed the U.S. search practice of
PA International from both their Houston and New York offices. Bob's prior experience as manager of the oil and gas practice for MSL-HAY Associates in Houston helped him gain experience
in oil and gas, manufacturing, service, environmental, high technology and other industries.
As Vice President of Human Resources of a Top 20 Engineering and Construction Company, Bob gained ample experience in compensation, benefits, organizational development and employee relations.
He started his career in product development and finally employment with a major consumer products manufacturer.
